Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: There are no contracts so you may cancel at anytime. We issue refunds if requested by you. We only want to work with happy members. If you decide to cancel, your plan will cancel immediately and NOT renew when your term expires. When cancellation is requested by you, the auto-renew feature will be turned off and your plan will not auto renew. All applicable plans are billed on a recurring basis, in advance unless you cancel as outlined per the terms of service below. Your credit card will continue to be billed unless you cancel your subscription in writing at least 14 days before your renewal. Once you join, you are grandfathered in at your rate for as long as your account stays active. Rates are subject to change and will increase over time.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or lease our client lists to third parties. When you register for any of Sarhan Capital’s services, we will ask you to provide personal information but will not share that information with any outside party. To opt-out of any service, please email info[at]sarhancapital[dot]com. We handle all privacy issues very seriously and takes proactive steps to protect our member’s best interest. We use the information to provide you with the services you request, send you relevant information that may be of interest, and nothing else. To edit your personal information, simply send us an email or log in to our members section (where available). If you have any additional questions, please ask.

Single Use Only: Group Rates Available Upon Request. Your subscription is for single use only. Please do not share your username and password under any circumstance. We take theft very seriously and we will take legal action, whenever necessary to protect our data. Your subscription may NOT be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity under any circumstance without prior written approval from Sarhan Capital. You must promptly inform us the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password or any other pertinent information that may affect your account. Until we are notified, by email or telephone of a breach in security, you the Subscriber on record will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. By subscribing to or using any of our products, and/or its related websites and services, you agree that all materials are for a single subscriber’s eyes and use only. Should you decide to e-mail or to post our material elsewhere, your membership will be terminated, and, if appropriate, will be penalized legally. Unless you receive written permission, all our content is not to be distributed, sold, shared, or reprinted under any circumstance.

Updates: After placing your order with us, you will be registered to receive periodic updates and announcements from SarhanCapital, or any of our related companies, and its subsidiaries. If you are not interested in receiving any further e-mails from us, you can e-mail us back requesting no future e-mails and your information will be promptly removed from our distribution list. It is important to note that un-subscribing from e-mail delivery does not cancel your subscription.

Legal Rights are Based The Current Laws of The State Of Florida: You further agree that any and all disputes that may arise will be heard and settled under the law of and in the State of Florida. Four weeks of vacation time for our partners are included each year as part of your agreement in joining.

Your credit card will continued to be billed unless you cancel your subscription in writing 14 business days before your membership is set to renew. Rates are subject to change.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorize us to charge your card automatically every billing period until you notify us in writing to cancel your membership. All notifications must be made at least 14 business days before your term is set to renew.

CANCELLATION POLICY There are no contracts so you may cancel at any time by simply sending us an email on our contact form. It is your responsibility to initiate the cancellation and to follow-up if your cancellation request is not acknowledged by us, by email within 72 hours of your request. You must give us AT LEAST 14-BUSINESS DAYS notice for cancellations PRIOR to your membership renewal date. Cancellations initiated within this 2-week period will be billed for the next cycle. All cancellation notices should be emailed or done directly on the website. When cancellation is requested by you, you will lose access to the site and your account will not auto renew. You are liable for charges incurred for the subscription period you choose. Cancellation of service is not official until you receive e-mail confirmation from SarhanCapital, our partners, or any of our websites. In the rare event you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 3 business days of your request (excluding weekends and holidays), you must resubmit your request and email: info[at]sarhancapital[dot]com.
